- To teach the pitfalls of buying used fishing reels, intended for resale
- To instill the necessary knowledge in Pawn Shop Employees and Owners to identify fishing reel degradation and how to determine resale potential
- To ensure Pawn Shops and their customers engage in fair transactions, by understanding the "Current State of Value" of the product in question
- To create a winning scenario for every party involved in a transaction
- To assist Pawn Shops Owner on their journey to not only save, but also profit

- The PRIMARY GOAL of this 1 hr Training Course, is to ensure a fair transaction between your Pawn Shop and your customers, by instilling the necessary knowledge to Pawn Shop Employees and Owners to Inspect and Evaluate Fishing Reels to determine resale potential. All Training Materials will be provided.
