Japanese domestic market products / obsolete reels

due to a lack of manufacturer supplied replacement part stock on particular Makes and models due to their age and/or market, an additional reel service fee of $30 per reel will be applied to all reels already proven to be in this situation. this policy is non-negotiable due to the headache and the possible delay of providing service for these reels. turnaround time for servicing these reels can vary.

You will be notified prior to submitting your reels for service.
